Redevelopment of University Ridge and Former County Square Property in Downtown Greenville Progress Update

The redevelopment of University Ridge and the former County Square property in downtown Greenville is currently in progress. The first phase involved constructing a new county administration building along Church Street. Demolition and site preparation are underway to pave the way for new commercial and residential development in the coming years.

Future plans for University Ridge include anchor tenants like Whole Foods Market, unique design elements to create a sense of community, a rooftop theater, rooftop dog park, and rerouting University Ridge through the County Square site.
