The new UCB Headquarters boasts open, modern, and light-filled spaces, creating an inviting atmosphere that influences occupants’ health, thinking, and performance. Greenville-based The Furman Co. spearheaded the real estate development project in partnership with Harper General Contractors, McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture, BPA Engineering, and RMF Engineering. The UCB headquarters spans approximately 118,000 square feet and houses over 300 employees. With 29 conference rooms, two terraces, and over 350 parking spaces, the UCB headquarters is designed to accommodate various needs and facilitate seamless operations. The multi-purpose room can host conferences, workshops, training sessions, and more, accommodating up to 50 people.
