Greenville, SC – The much-anticipated announcement of a new Taco Boy location at 1813 Laurens Road buzzed the streets of Greenville last year, triggering anticipation among the city’s taco lovers. This Mexican-inspired taqueria, specifically situated where the beloved Farmhouse Tacos once stood, promises to bring a fresh touch of flavor to the burgeoning Laurens Road culinary scene. Although designs for this establishment are ready, an official opening date from the Charleston-based hospitality group, All Good Industries, remains forthcoming.
An offspring of Folly Beach, Taco Boy has been incrementally scaling its operations, inaugurating three outlets in North Carolina since late 2022- West Asheville, Biltmore Park in 2023, and the latest addition in Charlotte’s LoSo station in January 2024. “The significant growth experienced over the last year puts Taco Boy in a phase of refining operations, and our attention will be directed towards the Laurens Road project later this year,” affirms Savannah Copeland, marketing manager for All Good Industries.
Before turning its absolute focus to the new location on Laurens Road, the group is currently concentrating on the recently inaugurated outlets to ensure a smooth functioning. Taco Boy now holds the ownership of the Laurens Road venue and has the plans ready for implementation; however, without a definitive date for the grand opening.
Once operational, Taco Boy promises a refreshing change to Laurens Road’s culinary variety. As the city impatiently waits, the future patrons can expect this Mexican-inspired taqueria to offer an engaging experience that extends beyond mere culinary satisfaction. From their atmospheric design aesthetics to their expansive menu offering unique fusion of flavors, Taco Boy is poised to make a significant impact on Greenville’s vibrant food scene.
The city’s Taco enthusiasts continue to eagerly anticipate the official opening date for the Laurens Road Taco Boy, but they find solace in the knowledge of the establishment’s imminent unveiling. Once the focus shifts entirely towards this project later this year, Greenville can look forward to a tantalizing experience that promises to satiate its appetite for Mexican-inspired delicacies.
