Steady voter lines in Taylors, where Lt. Gov. Pamela Evette voted Saturday morning
TAYLORS, S.C. – Poll workers at Pebble Creek Baptist Church in Greenville County have reported a steady line of voters since doors opened at 7 a.m. for the local elections. South Carolina Lt. Gov. Pamela Evette was among those who cast her vote at the church on Saturday morning.
Evette, who arrived at the polling station around 9 a.m., expressed her support for former president Donald Trump, citing his experience in the role and his commitment to securing the southern border. She mentioned that she will be attending Trump’s election party later tonight in Columbia at the State Fairgrounds, and confidently predicted a “blowout” victory for Trump over his opponent, former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley.
FOX Carolina will be providing live election coverage on Saturday night from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., which can be viewed on the FOX Carolina streaming app for Roku, AppleTV, and FireTV.
