South Carolina Gears Up for Top Workplaces Awards: Nominate Your Favorite Employer by November 1

Hello South Carolina: Celebrating Top Workplaces

If you’ve ever strolled through the hallways of a company and felt a sense of positivity in the air, or if your workplace feels more like a big family rather than just a job, then you’re in for some exciting news! South Carolina is gearing up to recognize companies that embody those feel-good vibes through the Top Workplaces awards. This year marks the ninth annual celebration, and it’s going to be bigger and brighter than ever!

Why Top Workplaces?

We all know that a happy employee is a productive employee. A great workplace culture not only uplifts morale but also influences the overall success of an organization. So, if your place of work goes above and beyond to create a wonderful environment, this is your chance to let the world know! 🥳

Organizations with 35 or more employees in South Carolina can throw their hats into the ring for this honor. It doesn’t matter if you work for a bustling private company, a dedicated nonprofit, a local school, or even a governmental agency—the eligibility is open to all! And guess what? Anyone can nominate an organization, so whether you’re an employee, a customer, or an admirer of a workplace, your voice matters!

Key Dates to Remember

The clock is ticking! The nomination deadline is set for November 1. So, grab your chance to speak out about the workplace you love. Let’s shout out about how much your company means to you!

How It Works

The process to recognize these awesome workplaces is quite simple and straightforward. Employees will have the opportunity to evaluate their workplace through a short, 25-question survey. It’s designed to be quick and should take around five minutes to complete. Talk about efficient! Surveys will be conducted through the end of January, and the results will determine which companies will be celebrated in the summer of 2025.

Energage, a research partner based in Pennsylvania, oversees the survey process. It’s impressive to note that this organization has surveyed over 2 million employees at more than 8,000 organizations in the past year alone. They truly know what to look for in a healthy work culture!

A Unique Celebration

According to Energage’s CEO, Eric Rubino, “Top Workplaces awards are a celebration of good news.” This statement highlights the essence of what the awards are trying to showcase—creating a people-first workplace experience. After all, it’s the employees who are the heart of any successful organization, and rewarding them for their positive experiences is a fantastic way to reinforce that sentiment.

Last Year’s Achievements

In 2024, over 3,600 organizations in South Carolina were invited to participate, and based on employee feedback from those surveys, 76 companies earned recognition as Top Workplaces. Just imagine the camaraderie and celebration that awaits the next batch of winners!

Time to Nominate!

So, if you think your workplace shines bright among the rest, don’t hesitate to make your voice heard! Nominate your organization by visiting the Top Workplaces nomination site or give them a call at 864-501-9699. And did we mention? There’s no cost to participate!

In Conclusion

Let’s rally together to honor the incredible workplaces throughout South Carolina. Whether it’s through the support of good colleagues, an inclusive environment, or opportunities for growth, we all deserve to work where we feel valued. Get those nominations in before November 1 and let’s celebrate the workplaces that truly make a difference!
