According to the latest information released by the police department, Cotto was last seen at the Valley View Townes apartment complex on Monday evening around 7:00 p.m. She was reportedly walking towards Valley View Road while wearing a black hoodie, grey sweatpants, a black hat, and black shoes.

Described as approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall and 207 pounds, Cotto has brown eyes and black hair styled in a bun. Despite her disappearance, there was a ray of hope when she contacted a family member on Monday night to reassure them of her safety.
