A new tenant offering sweet treats has opened at BridgeWay Station, the mixed-use development in Mauldin. Jeremiah’s Italian Ice features authentic Italian Ice, creamy soft ice cream, and gelati.

Jeremiah’s Italian Ice has over 100 locations open across the United States and serves a variety of flavors, including sugar-free options and seasonal flavors. The 800-square-foot store is the franchise’s seventh location in South Carolina, and franchise Owners Myrol and LaKesha Frazier’s second location.

Their first location is at 2 Ketron Court, just off Woodruff Road. The location, 2121 Via Corso Avenue, Mauldin, will allow the brand to continue to serve frozen treats while also providing outstanding customer service and furthering its community involvement.

The mixed-use development is situated on 56 acres of prime real estate in Mauldin and is a joint venture between Hughes Investments Inc. and RealOp Investments. BridgeWay Station will host its grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday, April 27. Retail tenants open at BridgeWay Station include Cocobowlz, City Market at BridgeWay Station, BridgeWay Brewing Co., Le Chic Nails Lounge, The Junkyard, Plum: A Lifestyle Boutique, and The Worx at BridgeWay Station.

Additional tenants actively upfitting their individual spaces for Spring through Summer 2024 openings include Locos, Old Europe Desserts, Stella’s Restaurant Group, Rocco and The Plank by Dine Upstate, Table 301, Lili + Koko Boutique + Bubbles, Mercato, and Lucille’s Music and Comedy Venue. These retailers will be incorporated into the project alongside previously announced office and institutional users, including Dodge Bearings and Power Transmission, GREEN Charter Upstate High School, Jackson Marketing, Motorsports & Events, and Spectrum.
