Greer, SC – Little Leaf Coffee, a local mobile coffee shop, has recently expanded its operation by moving into Cartwright Food Hall in Greer. The coffee shop took over the spot formerly occupied by Flying Fox Coffee and now offers its unique brews and drinks to customers in a fixed location.
Emily Kerszko, the owner of Little Leaf Coffee, started her business as a mobile coffee shop last year. She began with a coffee truck, then added coffee carts to her repertoire. Kerszko’s dedication to her business led her to graduate high school early, so she could focus on running her coffee shop before graduation.
Kerszko’s journey to owning a coffee shop began with a stroke of fate. In the eighth grade, she was given an assignment called “The Cost of Living Project,” where students had to plan out their future lives. Kerszko, who aspired to be the first female Navy SEAL, approached the project with that goal in mind. However, a riding accident that resulted in a back injury dashed her dreams of joining the military.
Instead of giving up, Kerszko discovered her passion for coffee while working at 7Brew Coffee on Woodruff Road. She loved making coffee drinks and decided to pursue her newfound passion on her own. She found a coffee trailer in Georgia, purchased it, and opened Little Leaf Coffee on June 11, 2023.
Less than a year later, Little Leaf Coffee has grown from a mobile operation into a dual concept with coffee carts and a fixed space in Cartwright Food Hall. The coffee shop’s first day in the food hall was on May 13, and customers can now enjoy their favorite Little Leaf Coffee beverages in a cozy and convenient setting.
Cartwright Food Hall, located at 215 Trade Street in Greer, offers a variety of food and beverage options from different vendors. Little Leaf Coffee is a welcome addition to the food hall, providing a unique and high-quality coffee experience for customers.

With its move to Cartwright Food Hall, Little Leaf Coffee continues to make a name for itself in the local coffee scene. Kerszko’s dedication and passion for coffee have propelled her from a mobile operation to a fixed space in a thriving food hall. As customers enjoy their delicious drinks, they can support a local business and the dreams of a young entrepreneur.
