Chef Abello hails from France and has an illustrious resume that includes heading culinary operations at The Grand Bohemian Lodge in Greenville. He’s no stranger to success, having played a key role in launching L’Appart in New York, which earned a Michelin star merely six months after it opened its doors. His enthusiastic joining of Table 301 Hospitality in November 2022 showcased his intent to create his very own restaurant, and now that dream is becoming a reality.
The restaurant will feature an innovative concept that revolves around prix fixe menus.
