The South Carolina Governor’s Schools are set to host a series of joint information sessions called Endless Opportunities. These sessions aim to provide insights for prospective students and their families interested in specialized education. Starting on September 8 and running through September 19, sessions will be held at various locations throughout the state.
Three schools are involved in this initiative: the Governor’s School for Agriculture at John de la Howe (JDLH), the Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities (SCGSAH), and the Governor’s School for Science & Mathematics (GSSM). These public residential high schools cater to students focused on advanced studies in agribusiness, the arts, or STEM subjects. Tuition is free, although there may be fees for meals and boarding.
The Endless Opportunities sessions are specially designed for students in grades 10 through 12 and their parents who wish to learn more about what each school offers. The one-hour sessions will include presentations from each school, followed by a Q&A session with school representatives.
Here are the details of the upcoming sessions:
Attendees can register for the sessions and learn more by visiting EndlessOpportunitiesSC.com. This is a great opportunity for students eager to explore unique educational pathways in South Carolina.
