Celebrate Independence Day and Military Appreciation Day at Fluor Field

Fourth of July Fun in Greenville

Greenville, being known for its vibrant culture and community spirit, is preparing for an all-American day of fun, food, and fireworks this Independence Day at Fluor Field, home of the Greenville Drive.

A Tribute to Our Heroes

The day holds even more significance as the commemoration of Military Appreciation Day. The event is set to respect and honor local active military and veteran heroes who’ve shown bravery and commitment towards the protection of the nation. Spectators can expect an exciting air show featuring a special forces parachute jump team and a vintage warbirds flyover initiating the pregame event.

Each inning break will be a celebration and tribute to these remarkable men and women who risk everything to safeguard our beloved country and the essence of independence that the Fourth of July symbolizes.

Pre-Game Festivities at District 356

Before the first pitch is thrown, attendees have the opportunity to explore District 356. The site will host a festive Independence Day street party from 4 pm to 6 pm. A myriad of family-friendly activities is set to include inflatables, face painting, balloon artists, live music from DJ Sha, and photo stations amidst your favorite snacks and beverages from the Drive bar.

For those craving an adventure, there is a Hot Dog Eating Contest in the district. Participants will have a chance to win a Drive Gift Card and two tickets to the game. Only those brave enough to compete can be eligible for the prize.

Spectacular Firework Display

The excitement doesn’t end with the game. A grand fireworks display is planned for the post-game entertainment – a fitting end expected to be the highlight of Greenville’s Independence Day celebrations.

Red, White, & Blue Picnic Ticket

A unique Red, White, & Blue picnic ticket is up for grabs that allows attendees more than just access to the game. The special ticket includes an all-you-can-eat picnic buffet serving ballpark favorites in the 500 Club. With every purchase, each ticket includes a 15% discount coupon on a merchandize item, allowing fans to take home a memorable piece of the Independence Day experience at Fluor Field.

For more details about the event and ticket purchase, attendees are advised to visit the official website.

Endless Fun and Appreciation

This Fourth of July at Fluor Field promises a day filled with heart-pumping sports action, appreciation towards local military heroes, and America’s beloved festive traditions. Whether you’re a sports fanatic, a veteran, an active serviceman or woman, or a family looking for fun, Greenville’s Fluor Field is the place to be to celebrate the nation’s independence.
