Greenville, – Candlelight from evening lanterns flickered off the brims of glasses last Saturday, as nostalgia gripped the crowd during the highly anticipated Handlebar Reunion event, held at The McLaren West End in Greenville on 14th August 2024.

Trueline, a Greenville-based events management company, was at the helm of organising the widely-attended reunion, fondly reminiscing the Handlebar, a once thriving music venue that closed its doors in 2014. The reunion aimed to honor its legacy and celebrate its lasting impact on the local music scene.
The Handlebar was established in 1994 by John Jeter and his wife Kathy Laughlin, who ran it passionately for 20 years.
