Greenville Companies Shine in Forbes’ Best Employers List

Greenville Companies Make Forbes’ Best Employers List for 2024

Greenville, South Carolina has been recognized for its impressive workplaces as Forbes Magazine has named four local companies among the best employers in the state for 2024. This accolade highlights the efforts by these firms to keep their employees satisfied and engaged.

What Went into the Ranking?

The list was created through a detailed survey conducted by Stastista in partnership with Forbes. Over 160,000 employees from companies with at least 500 workers took part in the survey. Participants rated how likely they were to recommend their employer on a scale from zero to ten and shared their experiences with employers they had worked for in the past two years. The resulting scores from all 50 states ultimately determined the rankings. Companies that made the list scored the highest based on employee responses, and importantly, no company paid to be included.

The Greenville companies highlighted are:

  • Concentric – Business Services & Supplies
  • Greenville County Schools – Education
  • Prisma Health – Healthcare & Social Services
