Greenville’s Commercial Real Estate Market Thrives with Trinity Partners’ Expansion

Greenville’s Commercial Real Estate Scene Gets a Boost!

Hey there, Greenville! Exciting news is making waves in our local commercial real estate market. Trinity Partners, the well-established commercial real estate agency from Charlotte, North Carolina, is taking its services to the next level, and it’s something you’ll want to know about!

A Steady Growth Journey

Since its inception in 1998, Trinity Partners has been steadily growing its property-management portfolio in the Upstate region of South Carolina. Fast forward to today, and they’re managing over 2 million square feet of commercial space right here in our backyard! Impressive, right?

This past January, Trinity Partners announced some big changes in its Greenville office that are set to make a splash. The company has officially added a full-service brokerage platform to its local operations. This expansion aims to better serve clients looking for leasing, buying, or selling commercial spaces—and they’re ready to provide some serious expertise.

Meet the New Faces

To kick off this exciting transition, Trinity Partners brought in three new partners, one of whom is Edward Wilson. With an impressive 16 years of experience under his belt from his previous position at Wilson Kibler, Wilson is eager to establish and grow the brokerage platform in Greenville. “What I tell people is any time that you’re making a decision that involves commercial real estate, then we can provide advice and services,” Wilson explained.

This isn’t just about buying and selling, though! Wilson and his team are also well-equipped to offer project management services, making it easy for clients to navigate the often tricky waters of building and managing commercial properties.

Why This Matters

So, why are these developments important for our lovely Greenville? According to Adam Colvin, managing partner with Trinity Partners Charlotte, the addition of the brokerage services helps make Trinity Partners more competitive, especially in sectors like office, industrial, and flex properties. It’s all about giving clients the best service possible.

Nicole Oakley, partner and director of property management for Trinity Partners Greenville, is particularly excited about the collaboration between the brokerage and property management teams. “We anticipate that this partnership will create more growth opportunities for both divisions,” she said with a smile. Soon, the Greenville office plans to bring on several new properties that they’ll be leasing and managing!

Building a Stronger Team

But wait, there’s more! In addition to expanding services, Trinity Partners has also been busy hiring new talent. As of now, the Greenville office boasts a team of eight brokers, and they’re not stopping there. They are committed to growing their team strategically by hiring the right people and ensuring that the quality of their services remains top-notch.

“We want to continue growing market share,” Wilson stated. “But we want to do it deliberately and at a controlled pace, taking on new opportunities as we go.”

The Road Ahead

With the addition of a brand-new brokerage team and project management services, the future of commercial real estate in Greenville looks brighter than ever. Trinity Partners is ready to steer its ship into exciting new waters, and we’re all invited to be a part of this journey.

As we see even more growth and development unfold in our community, it’s clear that the landscape is changing—all thanks to companies like Trinity Partners who are dedicated to making a positive impact. Here’s to a brilliant future for commercial real estate in Greenville!
