Greenville’s Building & Permit Center Relocates to Enhance Service Experience

Exciting New Chapter for Greenville’s Building & Permit Center!

Hey there, Greenville residents! We have some exciting news to share that may just make your trip to get those important permits and business licenses a whole lot easier! That’s right, the Building & Permit Center, along with the Business Licenses & Revenue Center, is moving to a new home. And trust us, this change is something you won’t want to miss!

Where Are We Moving To?

The new location for these key services will be at the Public Safety Campus Municipal Complex on Halton Road, specifically at 204 Halton Road. If you’re wondering what brought about this change, the goal is to enhance the service experience for everyone who walks through their doors. They’re making it a breeze for you, so you can get what you need and get on with your day!

When Will This Happen?

Mark your calendars, folks! The offices will be open for business at their shiny new location beginning Wednesday, November 6. It’s just around the corner, and we can hardly contain our excitement!

What to Expect

Visiting the new facility should feel like a walk in the park! The City is pleased to announce that there’ll be secure, convenient free parking available for all visitors. No more worrying about finding a spot or feeding the parking meter. You can just roll in, park your car, and head straight to what you need.

The building is designed to be user-friendly, offering easy, walk-up access for customers. This means no complicated entrances or long walks from distant parking spots. You’ll be able to waltz right into the services you need — how great is that?

Flexible Hours

Wondering about the hours? No stress! The new facility will be open throughout the weekdays, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. That gives you plenty of time to swing by either before or after you tackle your daily activities! Whether it’s a lunch break or during your errands, you can fit this stop in without a problem.

Stay Informed

Want all the details right at your fingertips? Don’t forget to check out the City of Greenville website for more information. They’ve got everything you need to know about this move and additional updates on services and offerings. They aim to keep the community informed so you’re never left in the dark!

Why This Matters

What does this change mean for you? It means convenience, accessibility, and a smoother experience when you need to navigate the often complicated world of permits and business licenses. Plus, isn’t it nice to know that your city is continuously working to improve how they serve you?

So, as we look ahead to a new beginning at the Public Safety Campus Municipal Complex, make sure you spread the word to friends, family, and neighbors. Let’s celebrate this new journey for Greenville together! 🥳
