As a result of such successful collaboration, NEAT has not only established its presence in Greenville but is gearing up for a forthcoming expansion into Myrtle Beach.
“We were drawn to Greer by the chance to bolster another Greenville submarket and uphold the fantastic businesses already established there,” notes David Berger, principal of Community Hub. LLC. “We believe NEAT to be an ideal spot for pre-dinner drinks or a nightcap, thus encouraging visitors to further explore downtown Greer.”
Mirroring enthusiasm for the new establishment, Mayor Rick Danner extends a warm welcome as he exclaims, “We are excited to welcome NEAT to downtown Greer.” Amidst emerging businesses and a thriving local economy, Greer’s welcoming atmosphere proves a perfect setting for establishments like NEAT to extend their reach.
