Born and raised in Baltimore, Hartley began her academic journey at the College of Charleston, where she pursued and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication. Post-graduation, she found her footing in the professional sector as the City Editor for GVLtoday at 6AM City. After dedicating nearly three years to the role, Hartley made a significant move and joined the team at Complete PR. This year marks her second anniversary with the esteemed public relations firm.
Her notable contributions are not limited to her workplace. Hartley is a distinguished alumna of Leadership Greenville’s Class 48 and is currently serving a crucial role in the Rebuild Upstate’s Advisory Council.
