Furman University Welcomes New Director of Football Operations

Furman University in Greenville recently made a significant addition to its football program with the hiring of Price Partrick as the new director of football operations. Partrick, a Tennessee native, brings a wealth of experience to the role, having spent six successful years at East Tennessee State University prior to joining the Paladins.

Success at East Tennessee State University

During his time at East Tennessee State University, Partrick served as the quarterbacks coach and director of football operations. He played a key role in the team’s victories, contributing to Southern Conference championships in 2018 and 2021. His dedication and strategic insight were instrumental in the university’s success on the field.

A Strong Foundation at Tennessee Tech University

Partrick’s journey in coaching began at his alma mater, Tennessee Tech University, where he started as a student assistant in 2014. Over the years, he demonstrated his passion for the sport and his commitment to excellence, eventually earning the position of director of football operations at the university. His four-season tenure at Tennessee Tech University provided him with valuable experience and a solid foundation for his future roles in football operations.
