FAA investigating after plane lands without gear at airport in Greenville

GREENVILLE, S.C. –

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said it is investigating after a plane landed without landing gear in Greenville on Wednesday. According to the FAA, a twin-engine Beechcraft 55 landed gear up at Donaldson Center Airport around 6 p.m. Officials said only the pilot was on board at the time. A preliminary incident report will be released soon. This is an ongoing investigation.
