What’s Happening at Maverick Yards?

So, what can you expect from this exciting development? For starters, the project will feature around 50 stylish new townhomes that are already starting to rise from the ground. You can likely start leasing these sweet new pads by early 2025! That’s just the residential side of things. The commercial area promises even more fun with plans for pickleball courts at a place called The Pickle Yard, alongside three or four food concepts that will tickle your taste buds, a stage for live performances, and yes, a beer garden where you can unwind with friends!

In the meantime, let’s talk aesthetics! There’s already a $3.5 million streetscape project in full swing along Jenkins Street and Jenkins Court.
