So, what’s so special about this project? Well, developers took advantage of the City’s new development code, allowing them to slip in an extra story to their buildings! Yes, you heard that right. By promising to set aside up to 20% of their units as affordable, with rents ranging from 40% to 80% of the area median income, they qualify for extra height on their buildings.
