Greenville’s culinary landscape is buzzing with new developments as local establishments continue to innovate and cater to the community’s tastes. From a popular coffee shop expanding its offerings to a farm stand returning with fresh produce, here are some of the latest updates in the Greenville food scene:
Daydrinkers Introduces Beer and Wine Selection
Less than a year since its opening, Sans Souci coffee shop, Daydrinkers, is ramping up its offerings by adding a beer and wine component to its menu. Co-owner Katie Capelli-Russell shared that while the idea was initially considered during the shop’s launch, the focus was on getting the coffee offerings right first.
Daydrinkers, co-owned by Capelli-Russell and Nikki Kraus, aims to support and promote their friends through the new beer and wine selection. The shop teased upcoming beers from Pangaea Brewing Co. and Other Lands, with local wines also in the works. Customers can look forward to select beers, wines, and mimosas throughout the day, with extended hours until 6 p.m. starting the first week of June.
Located at 2903 Old Buncombe Road, Daydrinkers will maintain its signature laid-back vibe while diversifying its beverage options.
Clubhouse Grille at Pebble Creek Revamps Menu and Adds Evening Offerings
Responding to feedback from patrons, Clubhouse Grille at Pebble Creek has launched a new website and revamped its menu, introducing exciting changes to enhance the dining experience. The restaurant will reintroduce Friday and Saturday night dinners, along with weekend brunch offerings.
Additionally, a summer wine series is on the horizon, complemented by live music events. Located north of Taylors off Stallings Road, Clubhouse Grille at Pebble Creek is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.
Hartness Farm Stand Returns with Fresh Local Produce
Hartness Farm has brought back its popular farm stand, offering visitors access to fresh local produce every Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon. Managed by Stephen McRae, the farm employs organic practices to provide a sustainable food source to the community.
In addition to the farm stand, Hartness Farm offers a community garden for residents, further promoting a culture of fresh and healthy eating. The stand is situated at the Village Center at Hartness on 2000 Society St. and will operate throughout the summer.
Good to Go Greenville Launches Employee-Only Prepared Food Market
Good to Go Greenville, a local grocery favorite, is set to open an employee-only prepared food market in United Community at East Camperdown Way and in Canal Insurance on North Main Street. The establishment, known for its fresh and delicious offerings, expressed excitement about serving the local workforce with quality meals daily.
