Artisphere Festival Wraps Up Successful 2024 Edition Sponsored by TD Bank

Artisphere Festival in Greenville recently concluded its successful 2024 edition, sponsored by TD Bank. The event attracted 100,000 attendees, generating a remarkable $14.1 million economic impact. Over 140 artists from different states participated, showcasing their talent across various mediums.

During the festival, 10 cash awards totaling $15,000 were given to artists in different disciplines, recognizing their creativity and skill. Trent Manning was awarded the Best in Show accolade, along with other exceptional artists like Anna Huff, Michael May, KC Christmas, and Brad Silk.

In addition to visual arts, culinary excellence was also celebrated at Artisphere. ‘Social Latitude’ received the Best in Show award at the Wells Fargo Culinary Arts Café, along with media awards presented by journalists Zoe Yarborough and Lisa Mowry to Cheryl Mackie Smith and Janina Ellis.

Artisphere also provided $3,100 in awards for the Artists of the Upstate Juried Exhibition, highlighting local talent. The event’s impact on the Upstate South Carolina region was praised by TD Bank’s South Carolina Market President, recognizing its contribution to the economy, arts education, and support for local businesses.

With the success of the 2024 festival, Artisphere’s return in 2025 is eagerly anticipated, promising another enriching experience for artists and attendees alike. The event continues to be a vital component in Greenville’s cultural landscape, fostering artistic growth and community engagement.
