A man in Greenville was arrested Saturday evening, after getting into an argument with a family member.
Officers said he discharged the firearm in the apartment, and fled on foot for a short period of time. Officers identified the suspect as 28-year-old Montravious Chinn. The incident took place at 155 Ridge Road, and no injuries were reported.
According to officers, Chinn retrieved the firearm after a verbal argument. Chinn was quickly found a short distance away from the apartment complex and was arrested. The investigation is ongoing, and 7NEWS will update once more information becomes available.
