Greenville’s Exciting New Music Concept Unveiled for Fall Festival
Get ready, music lovers! Greenville is about to embark on an exciting auditory adventure from October 11 to 13 as it hosts a brand-new music concept that promises to tickle your ears and warm your hearts. The Bank of America Fall for Greenville, presented by Pepsi and partnered with Sofar Greenville, has come together to create a unique experience that is unlike anything you’ve experienced before.
The Secret’s Out…Sort Of!
During this three-day festival, attendees can discover hidden stages scattered around downtown Greenville, transforming small and intimate local businesses into pop-up listening rooms. Expect to see three to four artists performing in each of these clandestine locations, but here’s the catch: they’ll remain a surprise until showtime!
These secret stages will showcase a variety of musical genres, from bluegrass and rock to country, soul, and R&B. Each show will accommodate around 40 to 80 people, creating an incredibly intimate vibe. Tickets will be available online for just $20, so you can grab your spot in this musical mystery!
Keeping It Mysterious
Mark your calendars! The hidden stage locations will be revealed only 36 hours prior to the performances. It’s a fun little tease that adds to the excitement. What’s more, hints about the artists will start dropping on the social media pages of both Sofar Greenville and Fall for Greenville as the festival approaches—so keep an eye out!
Meet the Brains Behind the Magic
One of the driving forces behind this mesmerizing experience is Cassie Harden Scott, curator of Sofar Greenville. “Thanks to the influence of some of the most talented artists in the Southeast, I’ve been able to co-create this concert series along with our artists, most prominently Darby Wilcox,” said Cassie. She emphasizes that this initiative aims to support local entrepreneurs while offering a special platform for music discovery.
Showtimes and Afterparties Galore
So, when can you dive into this musical experience? The shows are set for 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday evenings, with a delightful daytime performance at 1 p.m. on Sunday. And don’t forget the official afterparty on Sunday evening, sponsored by Trueline, where more fun and music await! This afterparty will be taking place at Swanson’s Warehouse and will host around 100 attendees—free RSVP required!

For those who might not know, Sofar Sound is a renowned British music events company that revolutionizes the way we experience live music—with footprints in over 400 cities worldwide. It started back in 2009 in London and has welcomed artists like Yebba, Lianne La Havas, and Billie Eilish into its unique fold. Sofar Greenville itself launched just in October 2023 and has already hosted nearly 24 shows featuring 80 artists since its inception.
