These charming ornaments are crafted in the likeness of their famous stecca bread. Now you can add a touch of Greenville’s culinary charm to your Christmas tree! Fun fact: During a recent gathering at Endeavor Greenville, it was revealed that the cafe sells about 2,000 loaves of stecca bread each Saturday. How’s that for a local favorite?

New Policies and New Eats in East Greenville

Califas, the popular taco spot, has made a new change to its ordering policy. Effective November 20, the restaurant now requires payment for phone orders right when you place them, rather than at pickup. The move aims to cut down on the heartache of preparing orders that go unclaimed. This taco haven started as a pop-up during the pandemic in 2020 and has since grown to be a fan favorite located at 30 Orchard Park Drive.

Breakfast and Lunch on Augusta Street

Augusta Street Market! Just opened on November 16, this deli serves up Long Island-inspired breakfast and lunch sandwiches. One standout item on the menu is called The Mulberry, a delicious chicken cutlet sandwich slathered in vodka sauce and topped with mozzarella. You can find them at 3017 Augusta St., in the former Tasty as Fit location.

A New Raw Bar in the Works

Warehouse at Midtown food hall on Laurens Road. Sure to raise eyebrows and appetites will be the new concept called The Ottaray Raw Bar & Taphouse. Although there’s no opening date yet, expectations are high for menu items like bloody mary cocktails and lobster rolls. It’s set to be located at 1481 Laurens Road, right near Comal 864’s West Antrim Drive location—so keep your eyes peeled!

Kennington Family Winery and Victoria Valley Vineyards, recently received accolades from America’s Wine Cup. The news came on November 19, much to the delight of local wine lovers. Kennington Family Winery is situated in Marietta, near the North and South Carolina border, while Victoria Valley Vineyards can be found north of Pumpkintown by the scenic Table Rock reservoir.
