Welcome to April 2024 in the bustling cities of Greenville and Spartanburg, where there are more than 150 events and activities for families to enjoy. From educational programs to cultural celebrations, there is something for everyone to experience. Take a look at the calendar of events below to make sure you don’t miss out on the fun!

Monday, April 1

Open for play – The Children’s Museum of Upstate (TCMU) locations in Greenville and Spartanburg are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today. Additionally, a Kid’s Day Out program drop-off session is available at TCMU-Greenville from 9 a.m. to noon. Make sure to register in advance for this program. Details can be found on their website.

Bilingual story time in Russian is scheduled at 10:30 a.m. at the Boiling Springs Library, while the Mini Makers: Pop-Up Planetarium activity for children aged 6 to 12 will take place at 4 p.m. at the same location. Limited spots are available, so early registration is recommended.

Tuesday, April 2

Tell Me About It Tuesday will be held at the Greenville Zoo at 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. This event is included with zoo admission. Following that, the Woodruff Library will host the Mini Makers session at 4 p.m., focusing on ‘How to Train Your Dragon – Deadly Nadder,’ suitable for children aged 6 to 12.

Wednesday, April 3

From Preschool Picassos to Teen Write Workshops, there are various activities happening across different libraries and centers in Greenville and Spartanburg. Don’t miss out on the fun and educational opportunities for children of all ages.
